| 0:21.9 | Eric's elbow recap. Because I know a lot of you're curious, we've been posting a little bit about |
| 0:27.0 | Eric in a sling at the ER. So we've had an eventful week, but it is all wrapped up. We are all |
| 0:34.5 | getting ready to drive our separate ways to go back home. But these |
| 0:38.5 | pods are always better when we are in person and when the events are fresh in our minds. So here |

| 1:28.7 | k-o-m on a mountain bike trail while running pretty excited and it was pretty gnarly trail and |
| 1:36.0 | i and i tripped as one does one-to-one is trail running but if you've ever seen a trail or run on a |
| 1:40.6 | trail in utah the trail is rock it's like running on boulders that are concrete, and I came down really hard on my elbow. I finished the segment, and I got back to the car, and it felt it was wildly painful, but I've never broken a bone before, so I wasn't sure what that really felt like. Over the course of the night, it's massively seized up, locked up on me. |
| 2:01.6 | I can barely move it now. |
