Golden Globe winner, Emmy winner, undefeated professional wrestler, and now a guest in the

Not Sam studio, Paul Walter Hauser has figured out how to make his life about excelling at

everything that he loves doing.

I became a fan of Paul Walter Houser after I saw his performance in the film,

I Tanya, then Richard Jule, Black Klansman, the Apple TV series Blackbird, and so on and so on, and so on.

What I didn't know until somewhere along the way was that Paul Walter Houser is also the biggest pro wrestling fan

that you could ever hope to meet. In fact, he's such a big pro wrestling fan that when he won

his Emmy Award, he promoted an independent wrestling match that he had with Matt Cardona.

I wanted to talk to Paul Walter Houser, not just about what I'm a fan of,

but what he's a fan of and that's what we're both fans of. Why would he mention Matt Cardona

in his Emmy speech? How did he get involved in pro wrestling to begin with? How did he get involved

in a film with Clint Eastwood? And so on. And I thought the only place to have that conversation was here in the Not Sam studio,

the Golden Globe Emmy, not nominated, winning wrestling fan.

we both love sneakers yeah we're both dads yes we both love dogs love. And we love movies and wrestling. So, yeah,

if I'm in the same state as you, I definitely want to come see you and hang out. I feel like,

yeah, yeah. We have a lot, a lot in common. And, I mean, there's so much to talk to you about, right?

Because I'm a big fan of not just the things that you're a fan of.

I was a fan of your work way before I knew you had any appreciation for pro wrestling or anything.
