taken over by gangs and warlords and you know all sorts of all sorts of horrific things

happening but as part of my work we've we periodically talk to the people that matter and some of and whether we like it or not some of the people that matter are the the gang members

They fully acknowledge, like completely acknowledge that the only reason that they are able to gain a foothold in the country is because young men in Haiti are blocked. They have barriers. They're
