And case you don't know, we have five police officers have been fired and brought up on charges.

And one count of second degree murder, all charged with one count of second degree murder, aggravated assault, acting in concert, and two accounts of aggravated kidnapping, two accounts of official misconduct, one count of official oppression.

According to court records that we now have available to us, it is, it's getting a little scary in terms of what people are out there saying.

Let me play for you and every single person that is weighed in on having seen this videotape the verdict is unanimous.

What we're about to see in less than four hours as a country is going to be an unconscionable beating of this young man by five police officers, the police chief, the Memphis police chief.

And the fact that the act is a complete disregard for life and much more.

The Sunday morning is when you first saw the video. Yes, absolutely right. And then when you saw it, what was your reaction? I was, I was outraged. I was, it was incomprehensible to me. It was unconscionable. And I felt that I needed to do something and do something quickly.

I don't think I witnessed anything of that nature in my entire career. Really? Really? Is that bad? What are we going to see then?

You're going to see acts that defy humanity. You're going to see a disregard for life.

The duty of care that we're all sworn to. And a level of physical interaction that is above and beyond what is required in law enforcement.

Wow. Pretty powerful words from the Memphis police chief. Again, the officers have all been fired. There are five of them.

It turns out I know race always comes up in cases like this. It shouldn't. And actually this was addressed to by the Memphis police chief who I think rightly said and was correct in saying that this shows law enforcement issues aren't about race.

I guess is on the table was her specific comments. The district attorney in a press conference called the second degree murder, a knowing killing in other words intentional.

He died January 10. I don't know how many of you have seen the video of him in a hospital bed. I mean, it is it will shock the conscience and the soul.

If it doesn't shock you don't have a conscience or a soul. And there's nothing that warranted this. This was not an armed individual. You had five police officers against one individual that was incapable of defending himself in any way.

And nobody even alleged that he had a weapon at any point. The officers pulled over Tyree Nichols around 830 PM. Compensation. Apparently in suit. He was asking why he was being pulled over. He eventually felt threatened ran away.

Okay, let's say he ran away for whatever reason. It doesn't matter. It doesn't give you a right to beat this guy. You don't become judge jury and executioner. I'm still sticking with I have not seen the tape. I am just I am very, very, very troubled by the admonition.

The warnings, the adjectives used by everybody that has seen it. There, there is 100% agreement with the Memphis police chief in terms of the analysis of this tape that it is that bad.

So my God, my instincts tell me, uh-oh, you better brace yourself here. Anyway, so it's pulled over about 830.
