some things that Paul and I have been discussing for years. And since we've been talking

quite a bit recently about various topics related to food and food systems, I thought it would

be fitting for Paul and me to let you in on some of the topics

of those behind-the-scenes conversations that we've been having for quite a while now.

And in case you missed some of those food-related conversations on our podcasts, we will include

a list of those in the show notes to this episode.

But just to refresh your memory, they include discussions about the dairy industry, which we had with the Olympian Dotsie Bausch.

And I am still quietly hoping that there is a knock on my door one day soon and that it is Scott

and that he has decided to take me up on my offer to crash at my house where he can then cook amazing meals and I

promise not to hassle him about all of his elaborate meal preparation. Scott, my offer still stands
