It's a great thing. I have seen results almost immediately. It's insane.

Which makes me go, I don't know if this is healthy, but I've seen results

instantly. Now, we were going to record at 5 today and you had an audition at 4.30, which I think is a gamble.

Even in, even in Zoom times, that's a gamble.

then work out I'm gonna be hungry all night and I'm faced with this tough choice of do I eat or do I work out.
