And I've got a special guest this week.

I've got a new co-hosts dropping in for Lionel. We've got Richard Moore, who is on the

cycling podcast. He's part of the crew and he's come across to help me intro this episode today.

Rich, welcome to the Life in the Peloton. What an honor it is, Mitch. It's great to be here with you.

Great, mate. I'm happy to have you on board. I was saying before, almost called you Roger Moore, which I think is not a bad person to get confused with, especially if you're a Bond fan, and I am. I'll take that. I'll take that. Yeah, I mean, I need something to big me up because I'm obviously filling Lionel's shoes here, big shoes to fill, but it's his

birthday this week. So as you can imagine with Lionel, you know, it's a whole, whole week of

celebrations. So here I am. I was a bit disappointed when you introduced me as co-host. I thought,

I was on life in the Pelt, and I thought I was being interviewed. This is my moment.

We can. Well, let's just drop into it.

Let's just do an extended intro. This can be like a 45 minute intro if we like.

No, no, no. You've got much better guess. We do have a really good guess. So we'll get straight

into it. I've got Paul DeGator coming up, guys. Now, he is, in my opinion, the man when it comes to cycling agents. He was the

first, if not the first, the first of the second guy around to create this job in cycling. And I

came in touch with him early in my career. Robbie McKeown put me in touch with him. And I always

had a great feeling from him. He's just got a great rapport and he

looked after me really well throughout the first part of my career. And I was thinking about this idea, which, which writer-manager could I get in this time? It's a very tricky time. I thought, hang on, Paul's retired. He would probably like to talk about it and he's not going to, you know, step on anyone's toes. So that's what I've done. I called him up. I had a great chat.
