If you're a fighter there's certain qualities that you should have in yourself

away from all your martial skills. Rory quitting because of a broken nose to me

it tells me no matter how deep down he believes

is a fighter he's not really a fighter.

You ain't nowhere near my lead.

It will always be a time where people will doubt you and weaker people will doubt themselves and then they'll never know. But you've got to have

faith in yourself and say, yeah, I can do this. And the So, This week on the show we have Mr Paul Daly who is the MMA fighter British legend who On the

He was notoriously thrown out of the U.F.

for punching Josh Koss Check after the bell. Dana White said he would never have him

back, but Paul Daly didn't care because he's a fighter and not just in the martial arts sense he fought for himself for his career and for everything

Paul is an amazing guy because he constantly pushes himself he puts better fighters in the ring than him

and puts himself in horrible tired situations just to improve himself. The man

checks his ego at the door and that's why I think you're going to learn a ton from him.
