Today's episode is with Patty and she is from Alaska. Alaska is the one state

that I have not been to. So I don't know if it was over Zoom. Techn, did I go to Alaska?

I don't know.

But Patty had the most amazing experience.

You know, you've heard me say time and time again,

parents are not supposed to bury their

children and we sometimes truly never get over the loss of a loved one.

But today's episode moved me in such a way and what an amazing validation that our loved

ones are still with us, that their strength guides us and gives us exactly what we need at the

exact moment.

And they continue to encourage us to embrace life even though we don't know how or sometimes don't even want to.

Also, I'm just going to say this. I hope it does remind people that if you are going to
