You know, for a change, comedian, Pan Aswald is my guest.

And you're going to enjoy this just a lot, unlike so many of my lackluster conversations with disappointing guests.

Now many of you know that I'm touring on the only former US Senator currently on tour tour.

I got one coming up in Red Bank, New Jersey at the Count Basie Theatre on Friday, June 3rd at the Count Basie Theatre.

And the reason I did the tour is that I love stand-up comedy.

There are a lot of great ones out there and I've taken a lot of inspiration from them.

Pan Aswald is one of them.

Now, Pat and I recorded this a couple months ago when I was in LA and as it so happens as I record this introduction,

I'm in Los Angeles again for my grandson's ninth birthday.

And my plan has been to run this while I took kind of the week off and enjoyed my daughter and her family

and celebrate my grandson's ninth.

And I'm sticking with that plan.
