the Senate committee and is headed to ways and means we discussed that Curtis on this show

with John Keenan, the senator.

That is correct. And so should it continue, it would ban player props here in Massachusetts, ban in-play bets,

and limit wager amounts without an affordability study.

To this day, more people talk to me about the show about that specific interview than anything else.

Because it was just such hypocrisy.

And the other thing is, he was wrong about so many things that I couldn't check in real time.

Like he said that Kino in those games, which are great, everybody should play Kino, have fun, whatever.

Don't encourage you to gamble more than once.

And there's literally Kino cards that give you better odds if you do more of the Keno games.

Yeah.

And you can buy like six for five, whatever.

It's like they incentivize it all over the place just like sports betting does.

Well, another part of it, and I don't know if the operators will continue to operate under

this condition, but it's raising the taxes on the operators from 20% to 51%.

Won't the operators just leave?

Probably.

If it becomes unprofitable for them, they just leave.

Yeah.

And then you just hurt all the people that do it for fun and enjoy it.
