Hope it's been a lovely one for you, the unique Saturday afternoon preseason game for the Patriots.

Phil Perry is going to join in just a couple of minutes.

You heard him on the radio call along with Bob Sosie.

Phil's good at that.

He really is.

So interesting, really interesting game on a lot of fronts.

And let's start at the very end where Kyle Dugger in sealing sealing the 20 to 12 Patriots victory in which they

actually jumped out to, I believe it was a 20 to 3 lead.

He makes the game ending pick, which is great.

That way nobody goes to overtime.

But Kyle Dugger's on the field, the end of a preseason game.

He's your second highest paid player.

It'll be like having Michael Wenow out there on offense at the end. So it looks like it's probably over for Kyle Dugger in New England, despite that pick, because you're not going to keep a guy who's only relevance to play. Are you? Are you? We'll get into that more with Phil. We'll kick it around.

I just, it's a horrible signal for a guy like Kyle Dugger who just a couple of years ago was a very productive player and has been a good player for this team.

But Phil's going to get in here. We're going to highlight here's some of the notes that I took during the game chronologically. What is up with Drake May's opening to games and closing to games?

Last year, we saw the closing of games where he would make mistakes today.

And last week, following last week's fumbled on the first drive, he had a knee or should have been picked when he sailed his second pass

of the day high to DeMario Douglas. Patriots survived that possession and then went on to

score in their second one after Marcus Jones had a terrific punt return setting up a touchdown

that eventually came on a third down run for Trayvion Henderson, one of the cooler
