Okay, long, long tiring practice today.

After two days off, those days followed Friday's in-stadium scrimmage.

We'll talk about that scrimmage.

Red zone work today.

A standout day for Trayvion Henderson.

Another cornerback injury.

And the wide receiver room gets a little bit of a shakeup.

First off, here's Mike Vrable on what he was hoping to see during Monday's practice.

It's Monday. We're focusing on the red zone, focusing on being real precise down there, not going backwards, not hurting ourselves, defense, you know, defending every blade of grass, making sure that we undercut when we receive all the details for the red zone that are going to hopefully help us in the season. That's what my focus is, getting back

to fundamentals. And then, you know, when Friday comes around, I'll try to do my best

to let everybody know.

All right, Philly, Phil. Would you see out there today? I mean, it was a good, long practice,

plenty of competitive periods. And, well, give it to you. Yeah, a lot of competition. I mean, it's great. You get to see a fully padded practice. Obviously, they're on a tackle under the ground. But when you get the number of 11-on-11 reps that we saw today and situational football that we saw today, you know, that's really useful for us.
