This is The Aftermath.

And it's the aftermath of a 26 to 20 Patriots win.

A road win usually cause for celebration, especially if the club gets to 10 and 2.

It has the best record in the National Football League.

But the combination of the tightness of the victory, the expectation that the Patriots are going to be good and it should have been

a walkover, at least a perceived expectation on the part of Mike Frable, and the injuries

suffered caused some seeming angst for the head coach after the game and a little bit of

Asawa of Rabel. Mike?

I don't have update on anybody right now, unfortunately.

I appreciate you guys all talking about the injuries this week, so thanks.

And we settled down, and again, it wasn't perfect by any means, but it was, I would say, just enough.

Well, there you have the head coach, and I've been around the league covering it, fortunately, for me, for a long time.

You could have told me at the beginning of the year that the Patriots are going to suffer a

number of injuries at some point. It's a matter of time. It's a matter of time. They have visited

upon the Patriots now. Adversity has washed ashore. Now what do the Patriots do with it? Do they pick it up and examine it and run away like hell? Or do they hold it, juggle it, smash it on the ground? And I don't know if you really do that with adversity or not. But, Phil, to me, this is the adversity that you knew was going to come. They've had an easy schedule.

They've had great good fortune because they've taken care of themselves and trained well,

and their nutritional staff has done a great job, and they haven't been laid low by injuries.

But since working through mid-July into the end of November, they got hit with a spate.
