I look at the rosters i look at the new england suiting up at some of these positions there's some real question marks they spent a ton of money

two years ago in free agency on offense they drafted all these players like jason micordi you are

a former patriots defensive back can you name that cornerback room know your brother's playing safety, but like look at this corner's room right here in the depth chart and I take a look at these names. Who's your one? Who's your two? Who's your nickel? Like, Sean Wade is a great story in what he's been through from our house to the Ravenss to this. Like is he going to play a big role? Is Miles Bryant going to? These are not household names. Patrick Chung is not in that room. Jay C. Jackson is not in that room. There are a lot of names that we are familiar with. They're not there. When Malcolm Butler went down, there was a cool reunion story, but he's down for the year.

We focus so much on Joe, Judge, and Patricia.

We can go dizzy with all the talk we do about the offense. I don't know if the defense is going to be good this year. That is a slight to your brother. that is a slight to Bill Belichick

whose bread and butter is working it out

and figuring it out with the Jimies and Joes

and I'll take care of the X's and O's.

I don't think the defense is necessarily what it was a year ago and especially not two years ago when they were carrying that team uh jason i ask you do you feel confident at that cornerback position because the a AFC is loaded at the wide receiver position right now.

And I don't know if New England necessarily has the big guns to go against those wide

receivers.

So that was Peter Schreger, NFL Network. And so the question, they do a little panel discussion there about who has more questions heading into the opener, the Dolphins, or the Patriots, and Peter Schrager went over all the Patriots questions there on the roster. He didn't even get to the coaching, but he, you know, focused on the roster. And he had Jason McCordy next to him and Jason McCordy then started. It'll be different, I'll say. And then he gave kind of a worthless answer. But for the point of this exercise, I just wanted to, again, illustrate to you, the and Bill we trust crowd is still strong. So who has more, how would you answer this question? Who has more questions heading into that open of the Patriots of the Dolphins? Patriots.

I mean, it's close. The Dolphins have a whole new coaching staff. Correct. And an incredibly talented player in Tyree Kill, but, you know, let's face it, kind of a wildcard as a person. And signing that big money and going to a different team, like, that's a little bit of an unknown. And despite his record against the Patriots, I don't trust their quarterback. And the quarterback is a total tweener. No question. You know, so like there's questions on Miami. But Peter Schreger, I think most of us would say, well, there's just more on the Patriots right now.
