Accus fills a big need for the Patriots. He had 11 sacks last season to the Illinois, going up to 55 to draft

ACUS. Patriots gave up number 63 and a fourth and a sixth. But the Patriots second round pick

met with the media earlier tonight, and it's clear. Mike Brable and the coaching staff made a big

impression on him as he did on them. Honestly, a blessing.

You know, a lot of people ask me, like, what was your favorite visit?

And, you know, the Patriots always pop up in my mind.

And just I felt like the structure and how they ran things.

Obviously, they were in the Super Bowl last year.

But I feel like a lot of the guys, a lot of the players, you know,

you know, believe in, you know,

the head coach and believe in who he is as a person. And I'm one person I can fall behind. And I just

love how, you know, the coaching staff and how they treated me when I got there. And, you know,

they challenged me not only, you know, physically but mentally, you know, just to install, like, you know, I could just tell like they really, in their process, really try to make it hardest to, you know, evaluate players.

And, you know, I just love the challenge and I love how they, you know, go about things and who they are, like, as a team, their identity.
