| 0:35.6 | All right, just a quick thought on the Celtics game. Call me crazy, but I actually liked the play call at the end. I think of Grant Williams didn't put the ball on the ground and just went up strong. You would have had a better shot and maybe even got fouled. But then again, that would rely on us to have him hit a foul shot. So I don't know if we like that. Well, I disagree with you. I mean, he went to the rim. We just met by two seven footers. Yeah, he had no shot going to the rim. His best play would have been to stop and pop from eight feet or whatever it is. Yeah, again, but no one does that. No, and the other thing is that's not his game. Put the ball on the floor and go into the bucket is not his game. That last play was wrong in so many ways. It was predictable. They'd run it three or four times already this year. The jazz were waiting for it. No one moved. Your fifth, sixth best player ended up taking the shot and a stupid shot at that? He feels so mentally broken right now, too, that it's almost like I wouldn't put it past him if he didn't even realize or read the defense correctly and no, there was going to be two trees waiting for him in the paint. I'll tell you what, I don't blame him on that play. I don't. I mean, again, they put him in the middle of the play. That one's on the coach to me. I'm sorry. Like, I just look at that whole sequence and say it's the same old crap. They have him in the middle of the play. He put the ball to the floor like, you know, that's your fault for putting him in there. You know, like, what are they doing? And meanwhile, Derek White's on the bench. You pointed this help. Malcolm Brogden's throwing the ball in bounce. He never got involved in the play. Never stepped on the floor. Jalen Brown standing off on the side. He never got involved in the play and Tatum never touched it. Never crossed half court. I mean, the whole thing is like, what are you doing? I'll tell you, I'm typically not a bash the coach NBA guy. I'm not. But they have an issue. They do. |
| 2:19.9 | Yeah, They do. |
| 2:21.7 | Yeah, they do. This is some of the stuff that's happening in these games is just like, |
| 2:25.1 | what are you doing? Nick in Providence on our Patriots conversation. Yes, Nick. |
| 2:32.0 | Hey, guys, long time listener, hey, every time you bring up the Pat special teams, you get me going here. And then when you bring up the Buffalo game, besides, I go out of my mind. Do you guys remember what happened to Jake Bailey for that game? Oh, yeah. They got suspended. Jake Bailey. Yeah. Yeah, why? Do you ever find out why? He was supposed to come back and he didn't. There was some beef about his rehab or him being ready or not ready or cleared or not cleared. Either way, you got into some beef with your bozo punter. Right, but it also was predicated on the Patriots getting some of that money back in his contract. The point being that they may have done it largely to save money and it cost them a game probably this sounds like them either way we see |
| 3:11.0 | but that's another thing that's illogical it's just it's just dysfunctional it's the effing punter okay so |
| 3:15.9 | you sign a punter again this is the part that's illogical you you draft and sign a punter with a big |
| 3:21.2 | leg presumably to kick the ball out of the end zone. |
| 3:26.4 | So why do you have to spend all the money on the cover guys? |
| 3:27.3 | This is my point. |
| 3:28.1 | This is what I would do. |
| 3:29.0 | I would go to Australia. |
