You know, sometimes I'm pulling into work, and I got to pinch myself,

and, you know, I got to pinch myself and, you know,

I got to remind myself I get to go work with Josh McDaniels and Mike Rabel. You know, it really goes back

a long time. My mom and dad both went to John Carroll. And growing up, my mom and dad had always

showed me and talked about all these guys that were coaching in the NFL that went to their

school and they were proud of, became a fan of theirs. You know, then I really admired, you know,

coach McDaniels and all the work that he had done. As you're running the O route, you know, you get to the top of the route,

you know, you know what I mean? You can see both directions because you may break either way.

You know what I'm saying? Okay.

And Josh was always great at exposing what our strengths were to the guys did, to their attributes.
