And so that's, you know, probably going to be in the background of everything to do the rest of the day. But I did want to get this Patriots thought out is they hit into Free Agency starting Monday. Monday is the beginning of the tamping period, which tampering period, as we know from last year, is when it all sort of goes down. So we're right on the precipice of the Patriots in Free Agency, and it feels like we're not looking at a very big year.

I mean, they just let J.C. Jackson go.

They have anywhere from $9 to $11 million in space right now,

and it doesn't feel like we're looking at a very big year versus last year.

What are your thoughts on that?

And do you think, as I said, just heading into the top of the hour, did what they did last year. What are your thoughts on that? And do you think, as I said, just heading into the

did they kind of blow last year? I would say yes on both those last two questions. I think there's

an absolute connection between the two. I find it hard to believe that Robert Kraft is all of a sudden

go to empower Bill Belichick to go out and spend $160 million again. I have a hard time believing he's going to

empower him to go out and spend 50. So that would be a lot of money for them to toss around.

So from that standpoint, I'm not expecting any haymakers from the Patriots here in the next week.

That's just my opinion. I'm not telling you I know anything.

And did they blow it? A little. Not entirely. I mean, they got a couple of players out of there. Judon's a big one. Henry's a big one. But when you look at it now, they're talking about a deal for Robbie Anderson. Why? Because their biggest expenditure of wide receiver was a bust. So I like Kendrick Bourne, but Aguilar, fail.
