I'm almost fully recovered.

You're almost fully recovered from that?

I think I might have sprained my screw you muscles. Oh, so I put

some tiger bomb on them and rested them and stayed in the hot tub for a weekend. And really sort of,

I've worked my O-Trey muscles back up to the fighting form again, so I'm not going to burn them out.

But I am, in retrospect, very happy,

and I thought it was a very wise decision on your part to talk me off the ledge,

not in terms of what I was believing or saying,

because I still believe what I said,

but in terms of keeping it on the record.

I think it's important to keep it on the record.

I do want to say on our behalf that there were some people who were concerned about the rhetoric that was used.

Yes.

And that you in particular might have been bordered on an eliminationist rhetoric.

Yes, yes.

And I want to say, I think I know you well enough that you really did not mean bodily harm to any specific one person for sure.

Absolutely not.
