enjoy your holiday and remember those that fell so that we can stand. This is a

holiday that comes around and kind of creeps up on everybody every year but for

military families out there for all of you stationed around the world thank you

for everything that you do around the world. Thank you for

everything that you do for us and for remembering those that aren't here today.

I know this is late. I'm coming back from kind of a long vacation weekend

can't be trip out in Utah so I know this is going up a few

hours late as I just got home recently but had a lot to think about on the

drive back and I've been driving most of the day but you you know, a couple of things that I found interesting.

Anthony Sherman's doing some interesting workouts, the thing they call the Murph, for Matt Murphy, for those of you that don't know his story, you can go check that out.

You've probably seen it on a movie or something else. But, interesting, interesting workout, really spending today as the holiday should remembering and putting that into your daily life.

So I thought that was great and Anthony Sherman's a national treasure as far as I'm

concerned so I think that's it's important to recognize a couple of other things

for those of you that are around town you want to check out Q39. There's a really interesting

giveaway promotion that they're doing where you can actually get a

dinner for 10 with the chef himself. I think they're calling it a chef's table. So it's one of those

deals where you don't see that from particularly barbecue, but around town very often at all.

So a very interesting thing check out Q39 and there's been a lot of talk about that on social media so

I think that's really interesting and what it goes to show you is that this is that part of the season where there's a lot going on that doesn't necessarily have to do with on the field football.
