of mine has not yet joined us.

You're going to recognize him because he's one of those thought leaders of our generation

that has had an incomparable impact on our leadership styles and the cultures of our

organizations.

Now in our generation I'm 54 there are about 8 or 10 names that all of us recognize.

People like the founder of our company Stephen R. Covey his partner Hiram Spritt Smith

Brian Tracy less brown lives wise men.

David Allen there's other people that are kind of up and rising people like Susan Caine

who wrote quiet and Kim Scott who wrote radical candor.
