Aside from wanting any advice you can give on how to better handle the relationship and heal together,

I would like to know y'all's thoughts on concerns I have, on how I'm

communicating, and on how she and I can both move forward together to get into a

more healthy relationship. I am unaware of the best way to start this process so I'm going to just write and

see what comes out. Most of this was written as a letter to my partner, but I am going to, but I'm going to go through and reward it as best as I can for y'all.
