this little story we're going to dive into tonight is in davenvenport, Iowa, and it's the Old Davenport Lodge number 37.

It's a Masonic Lodge.

Now, this lodge is a big plain-looking building.

I mean, it's just nothing fancy about it, but it's still pretty impressive.

It's got kind of a Greek touch to it.

It's four stories. It's gray cement. So, you know, like I said, it's kind of huge. It's a block building, you know, made out just concrete block. That's pretty big, though, four stories. Oh, yeah, it's huge. It was constructed in 1922, and the Masons in Davenport realized that they needed a new building, so they had this one built.

The new Mason Temple opened its doors on November 19, 1923, and it was dedicated as the Davenport Lodge number 37.

I don't know if there were 36 other Davenport Lodges.

I was going to say, I don't know what that number represents. I'm not sure. I mean, I don't know if there was 36 other Davenport lodges. I'm supposed to say, I don't know what that number represents.
