First I made a steak.

That was in my freezer for a while, defrostrosted salted it on each side

pepper oh yeah tons of tons of pepper

tick talk thing that they're all doing now where it's the spoon that's the classic

chef thing where you tip the pan is at an angle and you just

spooning all of the rosemary yeah and I had actually leftover herb butter from our

Thanksgiving so I put that in and I was spooning over.

Very nice. Yeah very nice so it was pretty tasty. Did that...

You got it that perfect kind of rare medium rare.

I got it. Honestly it was actually like bloody rare and my girlfriend's a little more medium rare.

Yeah. So I put it back on.

Okay. Because it's like, she has smaller teeth.

She does have smaller teeth.

It wasn't, it was kind of, it's kind of a random kind of steak that I had in the freezer
