We are here at the end of our Indiana Jones journey talking about this one, the fourth entry into the series.

So we've talked a lot about the Indiana Jones films.

And I feel like when talking about Indiana Jones films, there's this like specter, this elephant in the room, this elephant with a crystal skull that I think it's time for us to talk about and embrace. And so I just

want to start. And embrace. Embrace is a big word. By recalling and retelling my experience and my

relationship with this film. So much like I imagine all of us, 2008 came and there's a new Indiana Jones movie

and I was like, nobody asked for this, but I will go see it. And I remember sitting in the

theater and from the opening shot being like, dear God, uh-oh. Mm-hmm. With the gophers? With the

gophers. Sorry, prairie dogs.

Yeah, whatever they are.

Whatever they are.

And we got that fun little sequence of cars and military caravan.
