Just to kick us off with a little bit of fun.

And this is unfortunately my big takeaway from Alabama when I saw it come up on my list.

I went, wow, that's the place where Heart of Dixie takes place, which is a TV show I

watched in its entirety when I was depressed.

That's right everybody.

When I was super depressed, I watched all of the CW show Heart of Dixie.

This might be a chicken or egg.

And that is such a good question, Adel.

I certainly don't think it helped.

I think it maybe kept me in there a little longer in that show and I'll tell you this,

will make you feel nothing.

So if you're not depressed before you start watching it, it might help get you there.
