Welcome back to Rital City.

Or at least we think it's Rital City.

It's hard to see it through the rain and fog.

There is no black and white filter over this image.

It's a trick of the eye because everything is gray and colorless.

The lights from the skyscrapers and moon make the entire city live in shadow.

It's mog and mist, meat and dance in the streets and make the long avenues look mysterious

and skewed.

It's an island and old steel bridges connect the city to the rest of society.

There's not much traffic going in and out these days.

Rital City felt like hell and was built on an already crumbling infrastructure.

At the center of town, surrounded by empty libraries, museums and theaters, is a glass

skyscraper with windows 360 degrees around.

There's a sign that takes up multiple stories that glows in the night sky and says,

we work.

On the top floor, there's a black tie party being held to honor the owner of that building.

The guests don't long black velvet gowns and perfectly tailored tuxedos.

They hold flutes of champagne and talk loudly about how interesting and important they are.

During occasionally to take adurbs off silver trays held by people they would never dream

to make eye contact with.

We see a man staring out the wall made of windows with his back to the party.

He's holding a glass of champagne he hasn't sipped.
