So I sat on the couch and turned on the Netflix and watched this red hot chili peppers documentary.

Now, I've seen the chili peppers a few times over the years.

And I also spent time in the mansion in Laurel Canyon where the chili peppers recorded

Manchione has some insane history back in the, I would late 80s yeah late 80s uh three of my friends

live there and we've talked about that back uh on some episodes years ago but a friend

alan teaman and his two brothers er Eric Teeman and Howard Teeman, Howard Teeman,

known as a keyboard player for a brief moment in Guns and Roses, right before Dizzy Reed join.

He played on a couple songs on the illusion illusion records and he was a a drummer in an amazing

band called head on back in uh san francisco days he's now a crushing tattoo artist and a you know all

around artist the guy paints he draws all i mean man he does some career tattoo artists and a, you know, all around artists.

The guy paints.

He draws.

I mean, man, he does some crazy shit.

Anyway, they had moved from San Francisco Bay Area and landed in that mansion that later

became the Rick Rubin mansion where Blood Sugar was done.

So I, you know, I do like a few Chili Pepper songs.

I love, uh, knock me down.

I love that one.
