Hi, Drew.

The thing about doing this show that I've enjoyed so much so far is sort of taking nostalgia

goggles off and looking back at the fact that the 80s were about more than those 70 movies

that everybody talks about.

And a big part of that has been, one of the things have been most satisfying is when people

go back and they watch these, hearing people get excited about things that they didn't

be no existed. And I'm surprised, there's a lot of stuff. We've got to remember it's 37 years ago

for some of these movies that we're talking about and they are now

not in the mainstream and not in conversation.

So something that you and I might know well, like used cars is still surprising to a lot of

people who don't know that movie exists.

But your list, one of the things I really liked about it is some of these films you had

to work to see.

They were not easily discovered.

They were not ones that were playing at every mall.
