Yesterday we had a discussion in class and a younger guy, and I'm not going to blow him up.

So he's having difficulty applying some of the principles that he's being taught and learning in the group.

Actually, yesterday was his first class with me.

So he's going to get to the two-day program, which is probably the most foundational piece

for everybody to take at least first or at least once.

And we're really trying to get everybody to understand that

anybody who's been to it can agree that we believe that every police officer should

at a very minimum take the two-day program it is uh it is just that powerful and universal, but it applies to everybody. It's just more than interdiction. But the one thing that he had said to me was, oh, you know, I'm just, I'm having difficulty seeing things and it dawned immediately

because I can diagnose problems.

I said, dude, send me your videos and I'll watch what you're doing, but as I envision

myself watching his videos, first thing I I thought of

is new guy impatient so if you're out there and you're newer and you're doing this stuff

especially new guys you have to deploy patients.

Everybody is impatient.

I feel trained quite a few people, and I would see guys rushing through things,

not having more than 10 minutes of attention on the side of the road so eager to find something that you're wasting so much time just running around trying to do everything.
