Summary

Waiting can be a challenge. We know God loves us, but do we trust His timing? James chapter 5 encourages us to be patient during times of uncertainty. When we remember that God is patient with us, we can grow in our patience and learn to wait well.

For today, we're going to be in the book of James.

James is in the New Testament.

It's a small book after the book of Hebrews and before 1st Peter.

James was written by one of Jesus' little brothers.

It's interesting to think about that.

Mary and Joseph had children after Jesus, and James was one of them.

And so he wrote this book of James, only five chapters, only 108 verses.
