Swiper, what's going on, brother?

Yeah, a little bit.

Sounds like you having a heck of a time after different Nuggets train of out.

It's been nice, man.

It's been good.

I'm in La Jolla, beautiful.

Never knew it was this pretty out here.

And to be honest with you, as I said last week with Media Day, or earlier this week with Media Day,

I didn't come into this with high expectations or high hopes, but those hopes, those expectations were surpassed. The nuggets, the vibe out here seems really good.

And that's kind of my number one takeaway from being out here is that I expected things to be a little bit more, I don't know, you know, tired, a little bit more grouchy, a little bit just no enthusiasm for it.

But the opposite has been true.

This is a group of guys out here, coaching staff, front office, and players that all seem enthused and rejuvenated and all those things.

And I don't know.

Is it me, Swipa?

Should I not be surprised by this?

Or is this surprising to you that the team is sort of excited to get going?

Yeah, I think it has a lot to the championship run.
