Today, I'm going to recap three lessons that we talked about last week as it pertains to patients.

And today, we are going to go over what to do in the heat of the moment when you feel triggered

and about ready to erupt with anger, how we can recalibrate and learn from past mistakes,

and also things you can like literally do right in the moment to create just some space

between reaction and response.

A 95% success rate to achieve our goals. Pretty interesting. So a study recently done by the American

Society of Coaching and Development did a study on accountability and they found that having a

weekly touch point, a weekly group or a person to hold people accountable to their goals,

to their dreams, their aspirations, had a 95% success rate compared to 10% of people who just had

an idea to just be better. It actually isn't just a number, but studies have also shown that 67%

of individuals found that being a part of a certain group that shared an aligned vision also
