| 1:29.8 | graduates as they navigate their career. She's also a level two yoga teacher with the ministry |
| 1:35.6 | of Ayush. Again, some of this may not make sense to you because it's a lot of Indian credentialing. |
| 1:41.0 | But she is someone who was initiated into yoga by her father when she was younger. |
| 1:48.2 | And her interest slowly evolved to rigorous martial arts. And then she went on to study English |
| 1:54.0 | literature and got and started working. She eventually moved to the US. She lived here for 15 |

| 2:02.8 | And that's when she says her second yoga life really began. |
| 2:07.1 | And today, she consults and designs yoga therapy programs for a startup in Bangalore. |
