What benefit am I going to get from it?

or when you have a problem with your knees,

and you go to the doctor, they tell you to bend,

and they tell you to do this, and to do that, and to stretch, and so on.

You will do it with such happiness, because you know,

My doctor was telling me to do something that's going to help me.

Much more important than all of that is what Allah is telling you.
