Of course, we love everybody in our chat group. But right now, we're talking about cabbage salad, also known as coleslaw.

So here's what happened, Casey, you know, Alison Lemons, who is the most wonderful person in the entire world.

I always will ask her, as I ask Kevin, what is going on this weekend, usually about Thursday, try to take an interest.

And Alison has another job in which she works for Sullivan, home and garden. And she's a part of the home and garden show, which airs every Saturday morning on WIBC.

And she said, well, and this is almost exactly how she said it, at least in my mind, this is what I heard. Yeah.

Well, long pause, it's slaw fast. And I said, what in the world is a slaw fast? And then we got on somehow that it was the brain child of Pat Sullivan.

And I said, stop right there. We must have legendary long time WIBC broadcaster, businessman, entrepreneur extraordinaire, Pat Sullivan on this radio show to explain what slaw fast is because coleslaw is the grossest most terrible food ever.

And I can't believe there's an entire day out of it, Pat Sullivan. Hello.

And you are part of the problem, sir, because you, I suppose, let me guess, you fall for Main Street media and their thing about mac and cheese.

You love mac and cheese, don't you? Because every time they present mac and cheese, here it is. It's the golden child of Main Street media where coleslaw, which represents America is always served limp and on a

daily basis. I had mac and cheese last night. Sure you did. You're part of the problem too. So, okay, so when did you? Develops an epiphany for coleslaw? I've always loved coleslaw. And we used to have a meeting each Thursday called beer club at Union Jack's pub in Broadriple. And they had a beer club. They still do as a matter of fact. And if you drink all 85 beers in one sitting, you get your name on a plate.

It's a really long meeting. Yes. So this is like, you know, it's, you used to have it subway. You get your card punch. That's right.

But in this case, it's 85 beers. You get a flight. And ours was a blind beer club because you have a card with 85 numbers. And you just order it. And you may get a light beer. You may get a dark stout.

I love it. So you developed a love for coleslaw. Yes.

And then obviously you are an incredible entrepreneur. Your Sullivan's empire is just booming like never before. And you said I must turn this into an entire day.

I did. And actually from beer club, we were going to open a line of slosh acts with 33 flavors of coleslaw on a cone. Perfect. Perfect.
