you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk, that deepen

your understanding of God's word, and that heightens your awareness of his very real presence in your life. You know, I worked in the fitness world for a lot of years, and something I've

noticed in the dynamic of how we are, it really parallels us in our walk of faith. You know,

you have a default pace and a default capacity that you and I settle into when we're walking or

going up the stairs. And in the faith world,

it's really the same way. We have these default mindsets that we can settle into when we're just not

paying attention to our perspective. So have you ever been out maybe for a walk or you're going

up the stairs and you just decide to dig deep and push a little harder? So you sprint up the stairs

or you walk a little bit faster.

Faster than your flesh kind of felt like going. Well, in the same way, if you're in Christ,

the spirit of God is alive in you. And it's actually possible to dig deep, to rise up and to

determine that the enemy will not lull you into apathy or ease in this important hour.

And that's why I'm so excited about today's
