Well, good morning and welcome. On behalf of Pastor J.D., thank you for coming here to Calvi Chapel of Kanai'oi,

and this is our second service, and at this time I would invite you to join me in the book of John

Chapter 14, as we will be reading from the first four verses. Again, that is John, chapter 14, beginning in verse one.

This is a very familiar passage and I believe an excellent segue into our teaching today.

If you're able, I would, though, ask you to please stand for the reading of the scriptures this morning following by a word of prayer. John 14, beginning in verse 1. The word of God reads,

let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me.

In my father's house are many mansions.

If it were not so, I would have told you.

I go to prepare a place for you in verse three.

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to

myself that where I am, there you may also be. In verse four, and where I go, you know, and the way

you know. Why don't we pray for the Lord's blessing on our teaching this morning.

Father in heaven, there is nothing that can be done without your presence. All attempts would be in

vain when it comes to your word. So I pray that you would bless this time that you have given us that we freely

give back so we can hear your word and be encouraged by your word and better witnesses because

of your word. We thank you for that which only you can do and the strength and power of your might.

So bless us, Lord. We are ready. In the mighty name of Yeshua, Jesus, the Christ we pray. Amen.

Thank you. So in our second service this morning, we will be conducting a teaching on the doctrine of heaven.

And there would be no way to adequately explain how heaven is.

But we will go through the scriptures and see what the Lord has for us today.

And I chose the text that we read this morning because I wanted us to really take it to heart.
