Well, on Sundays we have two services, and this is the second service.

And for our second service this morning, I would invite you to join me in the book of Isaiah

in chapter 14.

I will ask all who are able to stand to please do so for the reading on the scriptures

this morning.

And also, always check your scriptures. I made made typos I made two in the last

two two teachings you called them and somebody say hey hey well good on you there

it was a test and you passed so hey look at the scriptures hey parents seek them

things out to see if they are true I'm not intentionally trying to make a mistake. I'm not. But I am not perfect. So anyway. All right. Isaiah chapter 14. We'll start in verse 12. As the word of God reads,

how you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning.

How you are cut down to the ground.

You who weaken the nations.

Verse 13, for you have said in your heart, I will ascend into heaven.

I will exalt my throne above the stars of God.

I will also sit on the mount of the congregation

on the farther sides of the north. Verse 14, I will ascend above the heights of the clouds.

I will be like the most high. Yet, you shall be brought down to Sho, to the lowest depths of the pit.

So why don't we pray and ask for the Lord's blessing on our teaching this morning.

Father in heaven, I come to you very needy this morning in need of the power of your Holy Spirit

to provide the message as a vessel, broken as I am, for your people. And I'm your people, too,

Lord. So bless me as well as we heed and hear your words of truth.
