Good evening and happy new year. And on behalf of Pastor J.D. Farag, we would like to welcome you

to our Thursday night live stream service here at Calvie Chapel, Kaniyoi, where we normally have

our line-by-line teaching through the Old Testament. But tonight, we are going to be doing a topical

study. And with it soon being or being for some people,

the year 2021, I now read from the book of John chapter 20, verse 21. So Jesus said to them again,

peace to you as the Father has sent me, I also send you.

And may we all be sent this year to do the will of the Father.

And before we begin our topical study tonight, why don't we take it to the throne of grace and have a word of prayer.

Father in heaven, I do pray that

you would just meet us here and bless us with your word. We cannot do anything without

your presence. It's all useless. So we ask for abundance and abundance of the power of your Holy Spirit so that

we can hear your word and live it out and die to self because of your word. So Lord,

would you just do that for us and bless your servants? In the mighty name of Yeshua, Jesus, the Christ we pray. Amen.

So our study for tonight is going to be on the topic of God, the Holy Spirit. And I can't assume that we all know that God is a being comprised of three distinct

persons. We have God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

And we often refer to this as the Trinity or the triune God.

And when we say triune, that means a composite of three with complete unity.

And I say that because many people like to put the Old Testament against the New Testament.

It doesn't work that way.

It's all unified. And this complete unity within God is eternal because God is an eternal

being. And because of that, this is an eternal union, which means that this three-way relationship is common. And there could never be a disparity

between Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
