Good evening to you all.

And on behalf of Pastor Jady Farag, we'd like to welcome you to our midweek Bible study here at Calvi Chapel, Kani'o'i,

where we're normally in the Old Testament doing our line-by-line trek through the Bible, but tonight we will have a topical teaching.

As a footnote, he will be delivering the Christmas Even service this Saturday at 5 p.m.

I do pray that each of you will be able to attend looking so forward to it. I also want to remind

everyone about our next prayer meeting that will be held on the 3rd of January here in the sanctuary at 7 p.m.

And again, I pray that all of you are able to attend so we can conduct that much needed

corporate prayer in these times of darkness in these last days as we see it and know from

the scripture. So if you're able, please come if not where you are,

as I say, stop, drop and pray. And before we get into this tonight, why don't we have a word of prayer

and ask the Lord for His divine blessing. So why don't you join you please. Father in heaven, Lord of all, King of Kings, call upon you this evening.

We give you thanks, all the honor and glory that you are due. We ask that you would bless

this occasion for the time that you have given to us in hopes

that we redeem this time and learn and hear from your word.

So present us with hearts that are open, ears that are ready to receive despite all the busyness of the week and all the things that are to come, help us just

to be saturated with your anointing power, your love, and your Holy Spirit present in each

of us to make us attentive to what you have for us this evening.

We love you and we praise you in the mighty name of Jesus, the Christ we do pray.
