Where we are normally going line by line through the Old Testament, conducting our study, but tonight, we will be conducting a topical study.

And before we begin that study, why don't we bow our hearts in a word

of prayer? Please join me. Loving Heavenly Father, there is only one purpose while we are here,

and that is to hear your word. Your word contains the only truth. And we ask that you would just bless us with that truth this evening.

We commit this time to you because we know that your Word will never return void and you're so faithful.

In the mighty name of Yeshua, Jesus, the Christ,

we pray. Amen. Okay. So tonight our study is going to be on the topic of demonology,

which is the study of demons. And our study on this topic will be confined to how demons are

expressed within the scriptures. And the reason I say this the way I say it is because lots of people who dive into this topic

regarding biblical demons, they often utilize non-biblical sources as the core of their doctrine

in order to validate timelines, express demonic names, and various other

aspects of evil entities. In other words, they try to close all the gaps and answer all of the

questions. Well, I'm not here to do that. I'm here

to speak what's in the Word of God. Now, with that said, there will be areas within our

teaching where explanations regarding certain events will only be speculative.

And please remember, that speculative is just that. Speculative. Speculative. But we'll go into some of that because it is helpful when we're

talking about a topic such as this. But again, there's suggestions. Look it up for yourself.

Also, there's a very good reason that the Bible is so vague, so to speak, when it comes to discussing

demons in some detail.

And that reason is because the central focus of the Bible is about the true and living God and the redemptive
