You've done an amazing thing in the first few years of this church.

This is a miracle.

This is not happening everywhere where churches are growing this fast and making this kind of impact like you guys are.

And I have a word on my heart today.

In fact, I'm going to share with you today my favorite leadership lesson.

I'll just tell you, lower your expectations just a little bit.

I'm not going to preach at you in the first one.

I'm going to preach at you in the second one, all right?

But this first one, so for this first one, I really want you to learn.

I want to kind of go class mode. I want to, I want to

just really impart some great leadership lessons inside of you that's going to make you great at what

you do. I'm going to share with you my favorite leadership verse, and I want to set it up for you. It's

out of the book of Daniel. Daniel chapter 6, favorite one in the entire Bible. If you don't

know much about the book of Daniel, it's in the

section of your Bible that is what's called the prophets. And what's interesting is this book,

this book is only half prophetic. Half of it actually is historical. The first six chapters are

all history. The last six are this prophecy. So they put it in the prophecy section of your bible i don't

if you know this or not but your bible's not organized chronologically they grouped it in types of
