Yeah, one thing you mentioned about looking back at one of your previous lives is that you were on a farm in Ohio with polio.

So does that mean part of your past look back into lives you've experienced death?

For sure.

I mean, I'm, I know.

So, well, I guess it depends on which lifetime, but it's generally the process is the same.

You come to the end of your life somehow or other you're passing, whether it's through trauma, through sickness, like with whenever I was a child back in that time period and you step out of

your body in a sense it's almost like unless it's a very um trauma quick fast ending like a car wreck

or you know like in a war situation where you're getting shot, you step out

of your body quickly.

But normally it's you are stepped out of, you step out of your body.

It's almost like you get up out of your chair and you walk across the room, you look back
