Hello, Passion.

That was one of the craziest things I've ever seen in my life.

If you have your copy of the Word of God, would you turn to Philippians chapter 4? That's where

we'll be in this session. And while you're turning there, let me say thank you to Shelley and to

Louis for creating this space for us to set our minds on one of the most important things we could

possibly focus our mind on at the beginning of a new year. So thank you. You know Donna and I love you

and we're so hopeful about the potential of these days. And I wonder if you're willing if you would take a minute and pray along with me.

And I just want to ask you if you're willing to take a moment and pray for yourself.

Maybe this is the first time you've done it today, maybe the first time in a long time.

But if you're

willing, ask him, say, Lord, please teach me right now. And then if you would, please pray for me,

that the Lord would speak through me and I would be helpful to you.

Well, Father, we love you and we trust you.

Use this time.

And we pray that in Jesus' name.

Amen.

Well, passion exists for one glorious purpose.

And that is to champion the truth that you and I are made for one thing,

to know and enjoy and glorify God.

That Colossians 1 says all things are made by Jesus and for Him.

The psalmist said that in his presence is fullness of joy, that nearness to him is our good.
