of Staff, Asia and Europe for Axor XL and who for the last two years was head of AXA Next Lab for Europe.

We're going to be hearing about how Parole ended up working in insurance and what's happening at AXRXL,

which is, by the way, one of the largest insurance organisations in the world.

We're going to find out how the company is focusing more on the needs of customer

and the work that Powell is doing to mentor others and finally some of our own techniques for
