0:05.0	what do you think was the biggest key
0:07.0	that allowed you to do that so fast?
0:10.2	Ryan, the whole time that when I got my real state license,
0:14.7	and I'm working, and I'm still kept my job as a bartender,
0:18.1	I bartender six nights a week,
0:21.5	I was working in real state 24-7.
0:23.8	So I had two full time jobs.
0:25.9	So much that one day, one of my mentors,
0:28.2	one of my lenders that helped me fund those properties
0:30.3	that I purchased conventionally with 20% down.
0:32.5	He's a highly successful guy in town.
0:34.4	He asked me how much are you worth?
0:36.1	And this is me after I finished cleaning the bar,
0:39.0	I go home and do homework.
0:40.4	I realized it was a millionaire.
0:41.8	And here I am cleaning bathrooms six nights a week
0:44.7	as a millionaire, and I did not know what was a millionaire.
