Would you turn with me please this morning to the book of Philippians?

Philippians, the first chapter.

And if you didn't bring a Bible with you today, lift your hand, we have extra Bibles.

We'd be glad to let you use one.

Scriptures just register on you better when you're looking at them in a Bible for yourself.

Let your eyes rest on them. Let the word get in you.

And we're going to Philippians, the first chapter.. Now this will be a little different today.

I have two series. Actually, we just began on Friday night. We're talking about prosperity proven.

And we've taught, we spent a lot of time on other subjects in the church thus far we talked for months on the spirit-led life

we talked about months on healing we talked for you know a long time on love but we're beginning

Friday nights on prosperity proven and we began a couple of Sundays ago on prayer principles.

And the Lord has dealt with us that this is the next step in our development spiritually to focus

on prayer and naturally to focus on prosperity.

I'm going to believe it takes the power of God and an awning of God,

and it takes money to get the job done.

So we're going to be focusing on feeding our faith on those,

and how many believe we'll grow in those areas.

We'll come up to a higher place.

The Lord wouldn't lead us that way, except that was his intent that we come up.

But today, I'm not going to do either one of those.

I believe the Lord has given me something special just for today.

And then we'll resume as the Lord leads us and so just stay hooked and stay focused
