You condensed nine years of networking and going to real estate events where they're like,

how many units do you have?

How many units do you have?

And then they decide they don't want to talk to you.

You bypassed all of that through being here.

You're going to learn nine years of acquisition and

partnership within the first 90 days. And then after that, you're a sophisticated investor,

your gravy. Okay. So through these modules, we're going to talk about the overall core concepts and

themes of partnership. Again, when you're going through your acquisitions accelerator, you're going

to learn about the documents, all the stuff in depth.

But here I want to introduce you to the terms and why we do things the way we do and how they

actually work. Okay. Partnerships 101. This is your first partnership. I know you guys can't

necessarily see this, but this is first base. You're not trying to hit a grand slam

home run for your first partnership, just like you aren't trying to hire that operator with

equity for your first hire ever in a business that you buy. Your goal of your first partnership

is to get on base, all right? Get that $1,000 a month in cash flow. Get that $100,000 in equity.

Just do something small, and which we'll get into a little bit later, to figure out how

you work together. We don't need to do like a massive $20 million deal as your first

partnership, unless, unless you know the person and you have

very significant track record with them. Once again, your first deal is not designed to make you rich.
