actually work. Okay. Partnerships 101. This is your first partnership. I know you guys can't

necessarily see this, but this is first base. You're not trying to hit a grand slam

home run for your first partnership, just like you aren't trying to hire that operator with

equity for your first hire ever in a business that you buy. Your goal of your first partnership

is to get on base, all right? Get that $1,000 a month in cash flow. Get that $100,000 in equity.

Just do something small, and which we'll get into a little bit later, to figure out how

you work together. We don't need to do like a massive $20 million deal as your first
